You deserve a guide.

Israeli healthcare shouldn’t be your second job. I’ll be there to help.

You’re already making aliyah. On top of that come the calls, the forms, the letter in Hebrew you can’t read, the “what now?” after every appointment. You hand that off, in English, and I stay with it until it moves.

Sound familiar?

The system not only assumes you grew up here; it also assumes you know the system like a company insider. You aren’t doing it wrong. I’ll guide you, explain the process involved as much as possible, and when you want, I’ll make the phone calls for you.

What changes when you have someone in your corner

You know what you’re looking at.

Test results, hospital instructions, committee decisions, kupah letters: you get them in plain English.

You know what’s next.

You get one ordered list of steps, not a pile of unclear ones. You hear about deadlines before they pass, not after.

You stop carrying all of it.

Your paperwork gets tracked. Your calls get made.

I’ll handle the system. You handle the healing.

“One thing is stuck and I need it handled.”

Maslul (מסלול) means “track” or “route.” Israelis use it for an insurance plan, an army service track, a hiking trail: the specific path you’re on.

One-Issue Takeover

You name the one thing. I take it from there.

₪3,150one issue · one-time
₪2,800for the first 10 people to sign an agreement with me

A specialist appointment, or a treatment stuck waiting on paperwork. You pick one provider or treatment pathway, and I take primary responsibility for getting you through it.

On that one issue

  • Your calls get made
  • Your appointments get booked and confirmed
  • Your הפניה and טופס 17 get chased
  • Your forms get handled
  • Follow-up continues until it’s moving
  • The finish line: you have a folder prepared for your appointment.

Need something different from one issue? Tell me what you’re dealing with. Other ways of working together are still being worked out.

How it starts

A sandy path winding through coastal dunes toward people walking ahead
  1. You write to me.

Tell me roughly what you’re dealing with.

  2. We have a free call.

It’s free for everyone. We work out whether I can help. All calls are recorded, transcribed, and the notes are then shared with you.

  3. You decide.

If it’s a fit, we start. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you where to go.

Who’s behind this

What happens when someone can’t tell what the system wants from them, and the stakes are their health? That’s the question I built myMadrich around. I’m Anny Levine: navigator, advocate, systems decoder, UX and technical writer, nonprofit fundraiser, founder, and developer in training (100Devs, where I add huddle notes to the Discord community when I can). For more than a decade I’ve helped people make sense of systems nobody explained to them, and myMadrich is that work, applied to Israeli healthcare. I take overwhelm and turn it into a clear plan. Married, two kids, one very colorful life. Meet Anny

Ready to put some of this down?

Aliyah is already enough. You don't have to carry the healthcare system too.

Tell me roughly what you’re dealing with. The first call is free for everyone, and we set it up once you’ve written.
